Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide daily home-life support for students in a Milton Hershey School residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with educational and support staff to create a safe, nurturing environment and mentor youth in a diverse community.
