Residential Youth Caregiver

Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School: provide compassionate supervision and support to students’ daily home-life routines, create a safe nurturing environment, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; mentor youth in a diverse community. This is a mission-driven role focused on mentoring and guiding students in a residential setting.
