Job Summary
Supervise students daily in residential home environments, coordinating meals, schedules, and activities while modeling positive behavior and life skills. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and de-escalation techniques to support academic progress, social-emotional growth, and character development. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to identify individual needs, document observations, and reinforce school policies. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring a safe, nurturing atmosphere for diverse youth.
