Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School to support pre-K–12 students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include creating a safe, nurturing home-life environment; supervising student routines; assisting with homework; teaching life skills; and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborates with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse, mission-driven community. Focuses on mentorship and daily home-life support for students.
