Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School provides a safe, nurturing residential environment for students in a pre-K–12 setting. You’ll supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This role focuses on mentoring and daily home-life support to help students succeed academically and personally.
