Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide a safe, nurturing residential environment for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community.
