Provide a safe, nurturing residential environment for students; supervise routines, assist with homework, and teach life skills while encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; mentors youth in a diverse community with patient, reliable, and mission-driven engagement to make a lasting difference in students’ lives.
