Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School supporting pre-K–12 students in daily home-life routines: create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, encourage positive behavior, and collaborate with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
