Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide a safe, nurturing home-life environment for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School. Responsible for supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This mission-driven role aims to make a lasting difference in students’ lives.
