Job Summary
Live and work within a residential student home environment, providing daily care, guidance, and structure to a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents. Create a safe, nurturing atmosphere by modeling positive behavior, supporting homework routines, and coordinating meals, chores, and activities. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management while collaborating with teachers and counselors to address academic and emotional needs. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities, maintain a structured environment, and respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies. Document student observations and reinforce school policies. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
