Residential Youth Caregiver

Conduct daily care for residential youth, including supervision, meal preparation, and activity planning. Monitor safety and well-being during shifts, document care logs, and communicate updates to the care team. Follow established protocols for emergencies and behavioral support. This role requires full-time availability with on-call rotations.
