Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment for pre-K–12 students by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role requires patience, reliability, and a passion for mentoring youth within a diverse, mission-driven community at Milton Hershey School.
