Residential Youth Care Specialist - PRN

Responsible for offering appropriate intervention services, facilitating individual, group and family conferences, and providing appropriate referrals to residents and families as needed. Ensures maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents. Prior experience in a related field is preferred, alongside a valid NC driver’s license. The position operates under the guidance of The Relatives, an organization dedicated to supporting children in overcoming their challenges.
