Job Summary
Provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth, addressing their physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and behavioral/educational skill development. Monitor and document student behaviors and activities while collaborating with professional staff to meet goals within each student's treatment plan. Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities to foster a supportive environment. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 8:00am in a residential setting, starting at $19.00/hr with training and longevity bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a physical
- Ability to pass a TB test
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
- Ability to work 4 days per week
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts
- Ability to work Wednesday-Saturday 10:00pm-8:00am (Overnight)
