Job Summary
Residential Worker B provides a safe and secure environment for shelter residents, monitors activities, and supports clients with practical and morale assistance. Responsibilities include coordinating care related to security, conducting bed checks and room/personal searches, enforcing policies, handling admissions and orientation, potential reception duties, basic meal preparation, and accurate documentation in logs and occurrence reports. The role requires CPR/First Aid, background check prerequisites, and health and safety training; it is scheduled Monday–Friday nights (11 PM–7:30 AM) in a shelter setting, with a focus on service to individuals facing housing, safety, and welfare needs.
Required Qualifications
