Job Summary
Residential Treatment Specialist responsible for providing physical care and implementing programming to assist residents with their Individual Treatment Plans; supports Behavioral Health Division by delivering chemical dependency services, supervising resident activities, documenting observations, assisting with intake/discharge, ensuring health and hygiene needs, facilitating transportation (including 15-passenger van), and maintaining a safe living environment; requires HS diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within 60 days, First Aid/CPR, strong written/verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor (WAC 246-810-015, and RCW 18.19.210) within 60-days from the date of hire
- First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift
- Valid driver’s license
