Job Summary
Residential Treatment Specialist (Swing Shift Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM-10:30 PM) provides physical care and collaborates with staff to implement programming to assist residents with their individual treatment plans. Responsibilities include interpreting policies, performing and documenting daily shift activities, supervising resident movement and rule compliance, assessing behaviors, coordinating evening/weekend activities to promote social and independent living skills, documenting observations for the Individual Treatment Plan, assisting with health/hygiene needs, guiding through the GGI process, managing client files, arranging transportation and visiting, reporting facility conditions, and overseeing head counts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor within 60 days, First Aid/CPR certification prior to first independent shift, strong communication and organization skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred experience in human services is noted, along with EEO and drug-free workplace statements. Location indicated: Spokane, Washington, United States, with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
