Job Summary
Develop training, orientation, and on-boarding programs aligned with organizational philosophy and policies. Provide personal care to individuals, assist with everyday living skills, and offer transportation when needed. Act in a supervisory capacity by assisting with performance reviews, staff development, and scheduling. Maintain knowledge of individuals' conditions, needs, and whereabouts while fulfilling on-call duties. Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to use a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Schedule includes a two-week rotating rotation with specific weekday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record
- Must be willing to drive own vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
