Job Summary
Residential Trade Representative for TileBar in Las Vegas, NV. Responsible for managing a portfolio of A&D clients, guiding product recommendations, and steering the full sales cycle from outreach to order fulfillment. Combines remote client engagement with in-person meetings and light travel (minimum 20%). Requires proactive outreach via phone, video, and in-person meetings, travel to client offices, trade shows, and networking events, and collaboration with marketing/product teams to stay updated on offerings and industry trends. Emphasizes relationship-building, customer service, and CRM-based activity management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development
- CRM software familiarity
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
