Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments through interviews and observation, develop measurable goal plans, and close cases within designated timeframes. Provide individual, family, and group counseling weekly to clients on your caseload, including follow-ups within seven days of discharge and referrals upon termination. Enter all required client data into systems accurately and timely, and participate in treatment staffing team meetings. Manage case advocacy and complete all necessary documentation for clients, families, and groups. Maintain a positive professional workplace manner with excellent customer service. Work Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related area of study from an accredited college or university recognized by the Florida Department of Education
- two years of related experience in social work or counseling with at-risk youth and families
- licensed-eligible in the State of Florida
- A valid Florida driver's license
- safe driving record
