Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, perform mental health assessment updates, and develop treatment plans aligned with goals. Deliver individual and group therapy, skills training, and case management while providing clinical supervision to direct care staff. Document treatment interventions, rationale, and progress in the EHR while maintaining compliance with productivity standards. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm at Rockwood RTH, Fairview Firs RTH, Columbia Rose RTF, or Willamette Rose RTF. Requires QMHP registration, Master's degree, and two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers
- Ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
- Professional Oregon Mental Health License
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
