Job Summary
Provide clinical mental health and/or alcohol and other drug services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and case management within Catholic Charities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing ASAM summaries for authorization, delivering individual and group services in residential settings for men and/or women, maintaining caseloads, coordinating with healthcare and community partners, ensuring fidelity to treatment models, and supporting crisis intervention and family involvement as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- LSW or LPC or MFT licensure
- First Aid and CPR certification
- valid Ohio Driver's License (if providing transportation) and related MVR checks
- ability to form effective therapeutic relationships
- bilingual or diverse backgrounds not specified
