Job Summary
As a Residential Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy in accordance with Agape Network and Medicaid regulations to improve the quality of life for clients. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical files, providing weekly individual counseling, facilitating group therapy sessions, completing clinical assessments, and ensuring compliance with reporting obligations. You are expected to maintain an 85% productivity rate and attend training to enhance clinical knowledge. A Master’s degree and Florida licensure in Mental Health/Social Work/Marriage and Family Counseling are required, along with experience working with severely emotionally disturbed individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensed in the state of Florida in Mental Health/Social Work/ or Marriage and Family Counseling
- One-year experience working with severely emotionally disturbed individuals or individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Computer skills
