Job Summary
Provides daily living assistance and medical care to residents; performs administrative duties as a member of the patient care team, including documenting vital signs, monitoring medications, assisting with daily living activities, facilitating recreational/therapeutic activities, addressing crises, maintaining facility cleanliness, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. Requires CNA, EMT, or MA certification with CPR/AED/BLS; may include transporting patients in agency vehicle; hours are 11:00pm–8:00am; starting hourly rate $21.00.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent with CNA, EMT or MA certification required
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- CPR/AED or BLS certification must be obtained and maintained within initial 6 months of employment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe/clear driving record
