Job Summary
The Residential Team Leader, Floater provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple residential programs within LTSS. This role ensures continuity of care, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for staff and individuals served. The Residential Team Leader, Floater steps in to cover vacancies, assist with transitions, and maintain quality service delivery across assigned locations. Key responsibilities include direct supervision and coaching of residential staff, ensuring adherence to policies and person-centered practices, maintaining regulatory documentation and reporting, monitoring health and safety, advocating for individuals’ rights, responding to emergencies, onboarding and training of new staff, and traveling between multiple residential sites with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A SIGN ON BONUS of $2,000 is offered. A Qualified Professional (10A NCAC 27G .0104) combination options include a Bachelor degree with 4 years’ experience, an Associate or Bachelor with 2 years’ experience, or a Master with 1 year’s experience in the population served.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (non Human Services) with 4 years full time experience with the population served required
- Associate or Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years full time experience with the population served required
- Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full time experience with the population served required
- Valid Driver's License
- Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM
