Job Summary
Lead and oversee high-quality residential provision for students with SEMH, ensuring safeguarding, care, and emotional development in line with Ofsted standards. Manage daily operations, supervise shifts, mentor residential staff (RACCOs), develop care plans and risk assessments, and contribute to inspections and continuous improvement. Serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead, champion student wellbeing, respond to safeguarding incidents per statutory guidance, and collaborate with Head of Residential, families, and external agencies to support a values-driven environment and professional development for staff.
