Job Summary
Conduct residential mortgage valuations and HomeBuyer Reports for UK lenders and estate agents across Croydon. Utilize iPad technology to complete reports remotely while maintaining nationwide coverage with minimal travel. Submit daily survey findings to support the growing volume of property risk expertise required by the LSL Property Services PLC Group. Perform pre-employment screening checks including Criminal Records Disclosure and Credit Referencing as part of the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
- RICS registered valuer
- at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying
- experience completing Mortgage Valuations
- experience completing HomeBuyer Reports
- pass a Criminal Records Disclosure
- pass a Credit Referencing Process
