Residential Support Worker

Work in a children’s home to make a positive, lasting difference in a child’s life as a Residential Support Worker. Role welcomes those with or without previous residential care experience. Candidate must be 22+ years old to meet Ofsted regulations, able to build positive relationships, hold a valid manual driving licence, and stay calm in challenging situations. Two weeks of classroom-based Skills to Care induction plus a week of shadow shifts are provided to prepare for the role. Full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week with salary £27,976–£28,600 per annum plus £60 sleep allowance.
