Residential Support Staff

The Residential Support Staff position provides operational support for the residential cottage within the Women’s Way treatment program. Responsibilities include supervising milieu activities, conducting healthy room checks, monitoring client interactions, managing medications, conducting drug screenings, providing transportation, and documenting client services. The role requires the ability to model positive communication and parenting interactions, and ensure adherence to client safety and treatment guidelines. A High School diploma or GED and a valid Hawaii State driver's license are mandatory, along with at least one year of experience in the human services field.
