Residential Support Staff

Monitor residential census and conduct room checks to ensure resident safety in Substance Abuse Recovery Homes. Prepare rooms for admission and discharge, supervise treatment-aligned activities, and enforce residential policies and curriculum. Orient clients to program policies and rights, assist with self-administered medication, and provide transportation for medical appointments and vocational training. Handle conflicts, conduct crisis interventions, and document daily activities, medication, and incidents in the communication log. Organize meals, chores, group sessions, and recreational activities while maintaining supply inventory. Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team conferences, fire drills, and training sessions to support program development and regulatory compliance.
