Job Summary
Provide direct service to members in a residential setting, assess service needs, and recommend treatment plans. Teach independent living skills including housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene while fostering self-advocacy and coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting atmosphere by addressing maintenance issues and ensuring all records are organized and confidential. Monitor medication self-administration, document progress in Smartcare, and develop relapse prevention plans. Oversee safety protocols, conduct drills per CARF standards, and manage fire equipment. Work flexible Monday through Friday shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekend and evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Trained in Basic First Aid and CPR
- Must be available to work on weekends or evenings
- Monday - Friday 2:30 PM -11:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- CRSS
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field
- Any Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in the field
- 5+ years of experience in the field
