Job Summary
Connect with clients in their community environment by providing mental health and substance use treatment support. Remove barriers to care through case management, including connecting clients with resources and helping them navigate complex systems. Drive clients to daily living tasks such as doctors' appointments, benefits offices, or grocery stores while adapting to individual schedules and treatment plans. Work flexible 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with a valid driver's license and willingness to provide transportation. Required Qualifications
- Passion for mental health advocacy
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Good writing skills
- Strong time management and organization
- To be at least 21 years old
- A valid driver's license
- Current car insurance
- Daily access to your own car
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- High school diploma or GED certificate and 5 years of supervised clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 2 years of supervised clinical experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
