Job Summary
Provide overnight, trauma-informed residential support and supervision to residents from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including responding to emergencies; assist with medication administration, screenings (urine drug tests, breathalyzers), and routine care tasks; conduct bed checks and document activities in the EMR; maintain a secure, trauma-informed environment and coordinate with emergency services as needed; participate in required trainings and continue education (15+ hours annually); demonstrate calm, dependable, and clear communication for independent work within a team; supporting residents in daily routines and safety while upholding organizational values and providing quality care during quiet hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
