Job Summary
Provide milieu supervision of the program and its participants, including coordinating and facilitating social-rehabilitation groups and programs. Conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination activities while maintaining a case load of identified clients. Ensure client and facility safety and security, including substance abuse screening as directed. Supervise participants in the milieu and during on-site and scheduled off-site activities, conducting room safety checks. Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation on client activities. Provide necessary approved transportation and program-related errands using agency or personal vehicles. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. In the event of staff shortage, work past scheduled hours until relief staff is found. Attend all mandatory department and agency meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Peer Support Specialist Certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field
- Valid Driver License
- CPR Certification
- Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Attendance at required staff meetings and assigned trainings
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in residential setting
