Residential Support Specialist

Monitor the residential facility, conduct routine safety checks, and respond to emergencies including behavioral health situations and overdose incidents. Build supportive relationships with residents while encouraging adherence to program expectations and daily routines. Foster a safe, recovery-oriented environment by documenting activities, observing behavior, and communicating concerns to clinical teams. Administer naloxone when trained and appropriate, following established organizational protocols. Collaborate closely with staff to ensure continuity of care and maintain a clean, organized living space. Positions available on AM and PM shifts, with evening coverage as the highest staffing priority.
