Job Summary
Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) responsible for field/operational tasks to support market performance, including inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready/move-in ready, light maintenance (smoke detector batteries, bulbs, filters, rekeying locks, installing lockboxes), preparing homes for move-in, coordinating utility transfers, and addressing inspections/code violations. Must communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, document inspections digitally, verify feedback from prospective tenants, handle reports of unauthorized occupants or potential scams, maintain property standards, and ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations; role requires independent, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, field-based environment with occasional on-call/on-site obligations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and utilize mobile property inspection software
- Sufficient attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
