Job Summary
Residential Support Counselor provides care and companionship to adults in a two-home residential setting, assists with activities of daily living and medication administration, supports household tasks (light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry), accompanies clients to daily activities and appointments, follows individual care plans, and completes daily documentation; training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in the Human Services field
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
