Job Summary
Oversee and supervise Residential Counselors, ensuring the safety of clients while managing daily operations at Liberty Village. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, planning therapeutic activities, providing crisis intervention, managing client documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must demonstrate experience in human services, possess a high school diploma, and be computer literate. Must be able to engage in physical interventions as needed and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in human services/mental health/youth development field with supervisory experience required
- HS diploma or equivalency
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid ID and ability to pass a CORI/background check
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
