Job Summary
Residential Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of NeuroRestorative residential programs: supervise staff, implement service programs, ensure regulatory compliance, manage records, coordinate scheduling and incident reporting, oversee health and medication management, manage client funds, and maintain safe, clean, compliant homes. Role requires leadership, budgeting/purchasing, relationship-building with case managers, families, guardians, and referral partners, and ensuring program plans are executed with quality and safety across NH-based facilities; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid
- Current driver’s license with vehicle
- Educations & Experience options: (a) bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; (b) 2 years of college and 3 years of relevant experience; (c) high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per state requirements
