Job Summary
supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support, oversee Direct Care Staff, ensure onboarding and ongoing training, participate in hiring and performance decisions, maintain relationships with families and guardians, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, and work within a program delivering rehabilitation and support services across community-based settings; requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and CPR/First Aid, valid driver's license and state licensure as required; full, part-time, and as-needed schedules with comprehensive benefits offered by Sevita/NeuroRestorative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Valid driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
- Licensure as required by state
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
