Job Summary
Supervisor role overseeing residential care programs: supervise day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support; coordinate and manage daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff; ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training; contribute to hiring decisions and performance feedback; foster relations with case managers, referral agents, families, guardians; monitor comfort and safety and ensure regulatory compliance; requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 1-2 years of experience; travel required; multiple schedules (full-time, part-time, as needed) available; benefits include 401(k), PTO, and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance
- Licensure as required by state
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
