Job Summary
Oversee daily dorm operations, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and quality of care for all clients housed in the residential treatment center. Supervise and mentor Lead Clinical Assistants and Clinical Assistants, coordinating shift coverage and enforcing facility policies. Respond to crisis situations and behavioral incidents, completing required incident documentation while partnering with the medical team on medication protocols. Conduct regular staff check-ins, performance feedback, and training for new hires. Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and client notes, perform facility safety checks, and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Assist with quality assurance audits as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a residential, behavioral health, or human services setting
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and compliance needs (water safety, CPR, etc) per state licensing requirements
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations, including physical intervention if trained and certified (e.g., CPI, MANDT)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
