Job Summary
Oversee youth counselors and run structured program shifts within the Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents with serious mental illness. Manage administrative oversight of daily tasks and procures while providing direct care to youth in a locked, state-wide residential setting. Work days, nights, and weekends with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Hourly rate is $25.00. High School Diploma required; supervisory experience and one year of residential counselor experience preferred.
