Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support, including implementing programs and services. Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily schedules for Direct Care Staff while overseeing program operations. Ensure onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training are delivered to staff. Provide input and feedback on hiring, corrective actions, performance evaluations, and termination decisions. Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and lobbies, and maintain relationships with families to implement satisfaction enhancement plans. Monitor comfort and safety of served individuals while ensuring living environments and program activities comply with regulatory requirements. Full, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with a full compensation and benefits package including 401(k) match and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services
- Current CPR
- First Aid
- Valid driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Licensure as required by state
