Job Summary
Residential Supervisor role overseeing Residential Counselors at a youth-focused group home. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating work assignments, ensuring client safety, planning and facilitating therapeutic groups and activities, managing shift duties (medical appointments, transportation, homework, behavior support, meal/room chores), enforcing behavior support plans in line with TCI principles including restraints as necessary, maintaining shift documentation (logs, incident reports, mentor sheets), covering shifts as needed, and handling medical emergencies and crisis interventions. Requires collaboration with the Milieu/Program Director for staffing coverage, staff hiring/training/performance management, and conflict mediation. Must maintain documentation, participate in debriefs and supervision, and be available for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Qualifications include prior supervisory experience in human services/mental health/youth development, HS diploma or equivalency, and computer literacy; MAP certification preferred. Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass CORI/background check
- MAP certified preferred (not requirement)
- Able to be physically active for an 8-10 hour shift
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment
- Ability to receive and implement feedback in supervision
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
