Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must successfully complete background checks (including ADP Selective Screening Services)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of direct care/human services experience
- Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by company policy (4 continuous years driving, 21+, <=3 moving violations in last 3 years, <=1 major violation in last 3 years)
