Job Summary
Supervise Direct Support Professionals and manage operations across multiple residential group homes, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Conduct monitoring visits to ensure compliance with licensing standards and oversee transportation, facility maintenance, and safety measures. Coordinate staff schedules, manage call-offs, and monitor budgets while preparing for licensing inspections and contractual reviews. Collaborate with program specialists on client intake, admission, and annual meetings. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays with some on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working with children or adults with intellectual disabilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI clearance
- Successful completion of Medication Administration Training
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
