Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a residential home, ensuring residents receive high-quality care; responsibilities include on-site orientation and cross-training, submitting maintenance requests, coordinating grocery shopping and budgeting, monthly money management tasks, scheduling and attending medical appointments, managing medication administration and prescriptions, maintaining licensing regulations and preparing for audits, incident reporting, on-call weekend staffing, and approving timesheets; requires strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving while license suspended, etc.) in the past 5 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
