Residential Supervisor

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for shift supervision and collaborating with Direct Support Professionals in daily operations of the residence. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, staff training, scheduling, and ensuring resident needs align with their Individual Service Plan (ISP). The role requires maintaining compliance with OPWDD and SARC policies, coordinating recreational activities, assisting with onboarding new hires, managing financial ledgers, and supporting staff scheduling. The position demands a proactive approach to ensuring that documentation meets federal and state regulatory requirements, along with obtaining medication certification as per agency policies.
