Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned group homes while hiring, training, and supervising direct care staff to deliver person-centered care. Ensure implementation of treatment plans, health and safety protocols, and medication administration while monitoring residents' health and empowering their decision-making. Provide crisis intervention and emergency services through on-call rotation, manage program compliance and budgets, and support community participation for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum three years of direct care experience, and two years of supervisory experience. Competitive pay ranges from $47,840 to $62,192 annually.
